Career Pathways

Through our STEM ecosystem partners, we provide access to learning and career opportunities in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM). Why? Math proficiency predicts school success and STEM jobs are growing fast and paying well above average. We are also launching a First Lego League Discover program that we are excited to bring to early childhood settings.

We provide students and families with opportunities to attend local college fairs, learn about the FAFSA application process through workshops and events, and find scholarships, internships, apprenticeships, or career opportunities through the Tallo App. We welcome your collaboration, partnership, and sponsorship on these or similar initiatives.

Child care businesses support stronger communities, drive economic growth, and provide families with affordable, high-quality care. We are working to address the shortage in child care slots and grow the workforce pipeline to create economic vitality with our partners at CT’s OEC and The CT Project.
