Applications are now open for the 2026 Bridgeport CARE Health Leaders Program—a 9-month leadership journey designed to address health disparities and promote health equity in our community.
As a Health Leader, you’ll:
Gain skills in community engagement and leadership
Collaborate on a local health initiative
Receive $2,700 upon completing program requirements
