Parent Self-Care & Educational Program
Join us for a friendly and informative session designed for parents and caregivers of children ages 0–5. This event will share early learning programs available in Connecticut, connect you with local resources, help you register for the Sparkler app and the free diaper program, and offer brief yoga and mindfulness activities.

Breakfast and free childcare are included!
