This 9 month program tackles health disparities and fosters health equity in Bridgeport. It includes workshops focused on community engagement and leadership, which fosters collaboration on a local health initiative. Participants are expected to attend regular sessions and dedicate a minimum of 5 hours each month from January to September 2025.
